Serie B Player called up to National Side

Italian National Team coach Cesare Prandelli calls up Angelo Ogbonna, a SERIE B player who plays defence for Torino F.C..

I've only seen this once in my life where a National coach calls up a 2nd division player.
World Cup 2006, Jürgen Klinsmann calls up Oliver Neuville who played for 2. Fußball-Bundesliga Borussia Mönchengladbach.
